Talking to Orly made me see family members in a new way. I was able to see that they are not trying to be rude. They have a need that they are trying to fulfill. I can respond to them in a different way. I chose a topic (a family member) for my regression.
I was able to see the cause of my negative feelings toward this person. Now I see her in a positive way. My feelings of hatred went away and I am able to have more compassion.
